Total Body Tabata Workout (Three Options)
Coach Seo, Amy, and Jen of CO2Fit got together and put together this total body Tabata workout video for those who won’t get to go to the gym due to the snow. Tabata is a 4 sets of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest block per exercise. We have two cardio exercises, two upper body focused exercises, two lower body focused exercises, and one core exercise. All of them can be high intensity – choose from Fitness (for stability & strength), Athletic (for speed and athletic performance), and Power (for explosive power) option demonstrated in the video.
Be sure to warm up before starting the workout. Stretch after the workout. The Tabata portion should take about 16 minutes.
