It Works! Body Wrap – Tips for Best Results
- Take a Before & After photo!
- Measure Before, After & 3 days after. Right at belly button, 2 inches above, 2 inches below.
- Take a hot shower to open pores – do NOT use any soap, shower gel, or lotion/cream in the area you will wrap.
- If you can’t take hot shower, you can clean the area with rubbing alcohol wipes to remove anything clogging the pores.
- Apply wrap according to the instruction outside the package.
- Wait minimum 45 minutes up to 8 hours. (First timers, stick with just 45 minutes to an hour)
- Drink 1-2 bottles of water while you are wrapping
- Do NOT exercise, or do anything that makes you sweat
- When you remove the wrap, there will be some lotion still left on the skin – RUB it into your skin
- Do Not take shower immediately after the wrap – give it a couple of hours for the ingredients to continue working
